Time penalties in last 5 laps will automatic- ally mean 25 seconds added to race time instead of stop-go(Result of Schumie's silver -stone controversy last year). 4. Number of Tyres used over rac weekend cut from 40 to 32. 5. Minimum hieght of safety rollover hoop above drivers head raised from 50mm to 70mm. 6. Cockpit to have seats that can be removed with driver still strapped in. 7. Grid limited to 24 cars.
